This year on Tuesday, November 3rd the school committee will offer their fifth annual Public School Teacher Institute. Every year some parents tell me that her child’s teacher planned a pizza party during Passover or curriculum night was on Rosh Hashanah. This workshop is designed for public school teachers to learn about our holidays and customs. Teachers get three CPDU credits for attending. Most teachers need these credits and this is an easy workshop for them to get the credits. To date we only have a few people signed up. Please encourage any teachers you know to attend the workshop. It can only help your child! If you have a nice rapport with any teachers or principals, please send them a nice note along with the information.
