The synagogue does not provide High Holiday prayer books at these services. Each family is responsible for bringing their own prayer books. If you need to purchase High Holiday prayer books, click here.

On the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, we hold Junior Congregation at the same time as the adult services, for children in grades 3 through 6. Junior Congregation consists of age-appropriate holiday services, as well as other holiday-related activities.

The Sisterhood provides High Holiday babysitting on the mornings of Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur for children who are too young for Junior Congregation. You must register for this babysitting in advance and space is limited. For information and a sign-up form, click here.

After our Erev Rosh Hashanah service, we have the opportunity to visit with our Etz Chaim friends at a wonderful High Holiday Oneg, and we gather with our fellow congregants at the end of Yom Kippur to break the fast. Sisterhood sponsors these, and volunteers are needed to provide food for both events as well as harvest breads for Sukkot. Get the information you need to help in this effort.

One of the very special things about our High Holiday services is that so many congregants participate in the service. Some read parts in English, some read parts in Hebrew, some read Torah.
