Community, Spirituality, and YOU

Etz Chaim’s Jeremy Bruder Memorial Library is in the midst of some exciting changes as we automate our check-out procedure and renovate our space. In the meantime, you’re still able to borrow items from our extensive collection of fiction and nonfiction books of Jewish interest for all ages.  The library also has DVDs, CDs, toys and other items available to borrow.

Since much or our collection is currently stored in boxes, to borrow an item please email our librarian, Nicole Coover-Thompson, cec.librarian@congetzchaim.org to arrange a time to pick up your materials.  Gradually, more and more of our items will be shelved so that you can browse for and check-out items using our new barcode/scanner system.  Also the online card catalog will be up again soon for your to use. To return items, simply drop them in the bin to the right of the door as you enter the library. This applies to all library materials, not just books.

The library will be staffed by the librarian during most religious school hours on Sundays and Wednesdays, but it is always open if the building is open. It is a great space to get some work done or look for your next great read!

All materials are purchased through donations to the Robert N. Glass Memorial Library Fund. We are not accepting material (books or DVD) donations at this time.
