Learn some easy QiGong exercises that relate to the body’s organ systems.

Jack has been involved in the Martial Arts for almost 30 years. He spent five years studying Shaolin Qi Na, (the art of joint locks and pressure point strikes) under the direction of Dr. Yang, Jwing-Ming in Boston, MA. He also studied with Royce Gracie, an MMA champion and practitioner of Brazilian Ju-jitsu. Before moving to Illinois, Jack was working with a former Green Beret on unarmed hand-to-hand combat techniques. Since moving to Illinois, Jack has been studying QiGong with a Master certified by the Chinese Cultural Institute. Jack has taught TaeKwondo and self-defense to hundreds of students while continuing to master his own art.
